One screen for all page edits

Organize PDF is the visual way to fix a document: instead of typing page numbers, you see the pages themselves. It is the right tool when you need to:

      • Fix the page order of a scan where sheets went through the feeder in the wrong order.
      • Remove pages — blank pages, duplicate scans, an unwanted cover or confidential annex.
      • Rotate individual pages — a landscape table in a portrait report, or one photo taken sideways.
      • Prepare a document before sending — put the summary first, the appendix last.

      Tips

      • Working with a long scan? Delete blank pages first; it makes reordering the rest easier.
      • Finish with page numbers. Once the order is final, add page numbers so the printed document is easy to follow.
      • Big file after scanning? Compress it once all page edits are done.

Your document never leaves your device: thumbnails and the new PDF are both generated locally in your browser.

A typical clean-up, step by step

      1. Merge everything that belongs together with Merge PDF — for example a scanned contract and its annexes.
      2. Open the merged file here and delete blank pages, duplicates and anything confidential.
      3. Drag pages into the right order and rotate the ones scanned sideways.
      4. Convert, then compress the result if it is going by email.

      Common problems and fixes

The thumbnails take a while to appear. Each page is drawn as a small image, so a 300-page scan needs some time — especially on a phone. Splitting a very long document into parts makes it quicker to work on.

I deleted the wrong page. Your original PDF is never modified. Load it again and start over, or keep working and only click Convert when the order looks right.

The PDF won’t open. If it asks for a password, unlock it first. If it is damaged, try opening it in your browser’s PDF viewer and printing it to a new PDF, then organize that copy.

Pages appear in a different size. Organizing keeps each page’s own size, so a document that mixes A4 and Letter, or portrait and landscape pages, stays mixed after reordering.

      Questions & answers

How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
Open your PDF here, drag each page thumbnail to its new position and click Convert. The new page order is saved in a fresh PDF.
How do I delete a page from a PDF?
Click the delete button on the page thumbnail, then Convert. The page is removed from the downloaded file; your original stays untouched.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes. Each thumbnail has its own rotate button, so you can turn a single landscape table without touching the rest of the document.
      Will the quality change?
No. Pages are moved, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images keep their resolution.
Can I insert pages from another PDF?
Merge the two PDFs with Merge PDF first, then open the merged file here and drag the inserted pages into place.
